Flavors / Description: 
This unwooded chardonnay is light straw gold in colour and on the nose you will find some golden apples, baked pears and figs. On the palate, notes of stone fruit and apple are balanced by a clean.

The Glen Carlou HAVEN unwooded Chardonnay is perfect with light and delicate dishes such as raw and lightly cooked shellfish, freshly caught fish, fish pâtés or even chicken and vegetable terrines.
