Description:
The Paul Mas Grande Reserve Chardonnay is made of 100% Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested mechanical at night. Fermentation takes place in new barrels with careful temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then ages for 9 months in 50% American oaks and 50% in French oaks. The barrels are new.
