The originality of Lecompte lies in its exquisite balance. The cellar master has achieved harmony between the fruitiness of the apples and the complexity of the aromas acquired during ageing. The result is a calvados of remarkable finesse and length on the palate.

Amber with copper reflections.

Nose

Very nice spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and the sweetness of oven-cooked apples.

Palate

Flavours of caramelised stewed fruit and roasted hazelnuts, opening with a final note of liquorice.
