This Julien Schaal Pinot Noir Kaleidoscope is a blend of Pinot Noir grapes from two of the best vineyards in Alsace. One is in Gueberschwihr and the other in Eguisheim. Both with different types of soil. Both vineyards are full of old vines and are certified organic. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand, followed by fermentation and maturation in French oak.

Dark red color. The wine reveals notes of cherries, cassis and blackberries with hints of vanilla.

- Other products of Julian Schaal Julien Schaal is a winery in Alsace. In 2011, the eponymous founder, together with Olivier Biecher, went in search of individual vineyards with character in order to lay the foundations for Alsatian Grand Cru wines. Today he runs the winery together with his wife Sophie. In addition to the headquarters in Alsace, the winery operates a branch in South Africa. It goes back to Julien's work in South Africa in 2003. The winemaker Gordon Newton Johnson gave him the jump start to produce a couple of barrels. The focus was and still is today on two grape varieties, Syrah and Chardonnay.
