2 CLICKS OFF. Why? Pieter tried to make the perfect Pinot Noir. Peter was aiming his missile towards that goal but he landed 2 clicks off... so he missed the target a little bit, which means, that  this is a fantastic wine but does not taste like a typical Pinot Noir.Hence the name.The balance between fruit spicy oak and a fresh sense of minerality is great. The wine is still young but will increase in quality for a number of years to come.Â
