Lourensford: Lourensford MMC Brut Chardonnay
The Lourensford sparkling wine:Â The nose is dominated by aromas of freshly baked bread, lemon zest and a hint of pink lady apple. On the palate, citrus fruits, pineapple and gooseberry with a long, creamy finish. Due to the sunny climate, the grapes are harvested when fully ripe. The harvest begins in this region at the beginning of March. Classic bottle fermentation method. This methode cap classique lies on the lees for over 54 months and is riddled by hand.**
