Vestiges of a roman wine estate, architecture from the 13th century, a classified historical site…Here, the visitor is immersed in the history of Pays d’Oc! After a history lesson, some “other” pleasures with a gourmet tasting! Our wines are also inspired by its ancient culture and this wild land. You will find some fresh and light whites, some great rosés for those long summer evenings, and some reds with a personality and a truly distinctive charm. Originally founded during the Roman times, the estate became a fortified village during the Middle Ages, surviving the centuries with success. The estate has been looked after by the “VIC” family since 1905, which testifies of the link between these men and their soil. 230 hectares extend all around the castle. 160 hectares of vines are being grown on a variety of soils.
