"Étoile is the fruit of a craftsman's imagination. Nothing is predetermined, everything has to be created for each vintage. We have always found it necessary to explore new avenues of expression and to embody them in a unique wine that reflects our creativity." Respecting the specific character of the year, each vintage of Étoile is a new variation of the union of the emblematic cuvées of Château de Selle, Clos Mireille and Château Romassan, the three estates in Provence in which the Ott family has been investing great care and energy for almost 130 years.
